1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") refer to the terms and conditions of use of the service between Ativ and users, and rights, obligations and responsibilities between Ativ and users in relation to the services provided by Ativ. The purpose is to stipulate matters and other necessary matters.
2. Definitions
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows, and the interpretation of undefined terms is as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.
Token: Refers to the digital points that Ativ provided. Token will be used to access future services provided by Ativ. For the avoidance of douby Token is not a security.
User: the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acceptance and Change of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the Token that Ativ provided, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Ativ may revise these Terms and Conditions within the scope of not violating applicable laws.
When revising the Terms and Conditions, Ativ shall specify the reason for the amendment and the date of application, and notify the user in an appropriate period.
When the User continues to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms and Conditions.
3. Service Details
By using the Ativ services, Ativ shall provide Token to Users.
4. Users’ Obligations
The Users must comply with applicable laws/regulations, Terms and Conditions, Service user guides and notices in the Service.
The Users shall not engage in any other acts that harms Ativ business.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual properties on the Service belong to Ativ and the User shall not use without prior written consent from the Ativ.
6. Privacy Policy
Ativ collects the User Information of the Users according to the Privacy Policy within the minimum scope necessary for the purpose of providing Services to the Users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law/regulation, Ativ shall not be liable for any direct, indirecy, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of the Users.
8. Restriction on Service use
If the Users violates these Terms and Conditions, Ativ may restrict the use of the Service.
9. Damages
If the Users violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and causes damages to Ativ, the Users who violate these Terms and Conditions shall compensate Ativ for all damages.
